Windsor Communities in Austin, TX is hiring a Dual-Site Service Tech I to maintain interior and exterior curb appeal across Windsor South Congress and Windsor South Lamar. You will assist with basic repairs, cleaning, and light maintenance to keep common areas inviting for residents.

The role supports preventative maintenance, handles weather-related cleanup, and ensures recycling and trash operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Basic computer skills and smartphone use
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal of the property including common areas
• Assist with weather-related cleanup as needed
• Manage recycling and trash operations including chutes, enclosures, and compactor rooms
• Provide apartment make-ready support such as painting, cleaning, and light maintenance
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance projects
• Support Windsor's values by delivering exceptional service to residents and teammates
