Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support two or more apartment communities, handling resident requests, make-ready work, and routine maintenance. You will contribute to superior service and uphold brand standards while rotating through varied sites and on-call shifts.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, problem solving for plumbing/electrical/HVAC, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must communicate in English for all work-related purposes.
• Shift flexibility, including weekends.
• Must be able to use smartphone for work applications.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• Performs make-ready work and common area maintenance.
• Maintains grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
• Performs on-call emergency service as required.
• Completes scheduled maintenance programs as assigned.
• Represents the company professionally at all times.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
• Keeps up-to-date with applicable housing laws and internal policies.
• Attends required training programs.
