Job summary

AMLI Residential is seeking a hands-on Multi-Site Apartment Maintenance Technician to support AMLI Park West and AMLI Toscana Place. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to keep two communities running smoothly and ready for new residents.

Responsibilities include diagnosing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues; handling resident service requests with professionalism; maintaining tools and inventory; and participating in on-call rotations evenings and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience or training.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry and general building maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize service requests and work across two communities.
• Availability for on-call duties including evenings and weekends.
• EPA Refrigerant Certification (Type I & II or Universal), or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, carpentry and drywall.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide maintenance support at both AMLI Park West and AMLI Toscana Place.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks including HVAC filter changes, pool maintenance, and lighting checks.
• Prepare apartments for turn and make-ready work.
• Maintain buildings, amenities, grounds and common areas to high standards.
• Manage tools, equipment and inventory in an organized, safe condition.
• Participate in on-call rotation including evenings and weekends.
