Job summary

Spectrum Reach, a Charter Communications brand, seeks an entry-level Account Management / Ad Operations support specialist in Dallas, TX. This role partners with Sales and advertisers to guide campaigns, apply data-driven insights, and ensure accurate delivery of linear and digital ads.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' of overall work experience, ideally in an office setting.
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with Sales Executives and cross-functional support departments.
• Ability to adapt to change quickly and prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office and spreadsheets, focusing on Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Accurately produce high quality advertising schedules in a timely manner.
• Process verifications including importing, force matching, spot dropping and reporting.
• Engage with automation systems to support workflows.
• Review campaigns to ensure all paperwork is submitted for cross functional teams.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure correct fulfillment of client campaigns.
• Manage campaigns effectively, revise and review inventory as needed.
• Provide updates to leadership on client campaign status.
