Job summary

Charter Communications' Spectrum Reach Customer Experience team is seeking an Advertising Operations Specialist to support nationwide order entry for advertising schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Your work will streamline workflows and contribute to client satisfaction and business results.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Management to monitor schedules, diagnose issues, and apply correct advertising copy, driving performance and value for campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment preferred.
• Experience in Media a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Understanding of general ad sales order entry practices.
• Ability to maintain high levels of support for internal and external customers.
• Capable of working under deadline pressures.
• Skilled in reading, analyzing and interpreting business periodicals, journals, technical procedures and regulations.
• Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Effective presenter and communicator with managers, clients and customers.
• Familiarity with traffic systems and sales automation software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accurate and timely entry of advertising orders across Spectrum's network.
• Communicate advertising operations functions and capabilities to internal and external customers.
• Monitor ad schedules and exception reports, collaborating with Account Executives to recover lost revenue.
• Track client tapes and maintain records for both paperwork and electronic orders using Spectrum's traffic system.
• Assist Account Executives, Sales Management and technical staff in diagnosing schedule delivery issues.
• Ensure correct application of advertising copy to all orders in partnership with Account Executives.
