Job summary

Spectrum Reach is seeking an Advertising Operations Specialist to support nationwide order entry for advertising schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will collaborate with Account Executives and sales teams to optimize campaigns and drive customer satisfaction across the Spectrum network.

Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, communicating capabilities, and maintaining records in Spectrum's traffic system, with a focus on reliable execution and revenue recovery.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high levels of support for internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under deadline pressures and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accurate and timely entry of advertising orders across Spectrum's network.
• Communicate advertising operations functions and capabilities to internal and external customers.
• Monitor ad schedules and exception reports, collaborating with Account Executives to recover lost revenue.
• Track client tapes and maintain records for both paperwork and electronic orders using Spectrum's traffic system.
• Assist Account Executives, Sales Management and technical staff in diagnosing schedule delivery issues.
• Ensure correct application of advertising copy to all orders in partnership with Account Executives.
