Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing daily operations of complex water resources or hydropower projects.
• Experience directing multiple engineering and maintenance activities.
• Experience implementing EHS programs.

Responsibilities

• Organizes staff, resources, and performance expectations for multipurpose project systems.
• Serves as rating supervisor to direct and second level supervisors.
• Leads field engineering, compliance, fisheries, recreation, maintenance, operations, and environmental stewardship managers.
• Manages team overseeing Environmental Health and Safety Program.
• Monitors scheduling, budgeting, and staff commitments.
