Job summary

WMBF-TV, the NBC affiliate in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated sales professional to grow existing agency accounts and win new business by delivering multi-platform advertising solutions across WMBF-TV, Bounce TV, and digital media products. You will serve as the liaison among clients and internal teams, present tailored campaigns, monitor KPIs, and build lasting relationships.

A background in media sales and a bachelor’s degree are preferred; knowledge of Wide Orbit and

Qualifications

• Prior media sales or advertising agency experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
• Wide Orbit, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of general marketing practices and exceptional communication skills.
• Negotiation skills are required.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn new skills and software.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and create sales opportunities specific to each client.
• Seek out and win the business of new advertisers.
• Assist in the production of client's needs and act as a liaison with all departments.
• Research strategies and utilize in client proposals effectively.
• Grow & retain accounts by understanding client KPIs.
