Job summary

Ascension St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures and support physicians with advanced imaging.

You will position patients, set parameters, and adhere to radiation safety standards while maintaining image quality. Requirements include BLS, ARRT radiography credential and state licensure, plus relevant credentials such as CCI/ARDMS as applicable.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Credentialed radiologic technologist with ARRT radiography and state licensure.
• Cardiographic Tech or ARDMS/CCI credentials may be required depending on role.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
• Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. General Radiography is also required in addition to any specialty. State Radiology Technologist licensure issued by Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board required.
• Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
