Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Multimodality Technologist for its Pflugerville facility. The role involves performing imaging in two or more modalities, with at least 25% focused on advanced areas such as CT, MR, Nuc Med, or IR, for ambulatory and hospital patients under physician guidance.

Ideal candidates are prepared to maintain imaging quality, follow safety and sterilization policies, and document patient history and exam records accurately across systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Less than 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality multimodality procedures according to exam protocol promptly.
• Maintains production and quality of imaging procedures by following established standards.
• Demonstrates knowledge of radiation dose reference levels and monitoring; acts when limits are exceeded.
• Uses iSTAT point of care testing for obtaining creatinine levels.
• Communicates with patients using AIDET and ensures correct exam is performed.
