Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Heart Hospital seeks a Multimodality Technologist to perform imaging across two or more modalities with focus on CT, MR, Nuc Med, or IR. This role supports ambulatory and hospital patients under physician guidance, ensuring adherence to protocols for accurate diagnoses.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of FT X-ray/CT experience, cardiac imaging preference, and ARRT certification. The position offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates."

Qualifications

• 1 year of FT -X-ray/CT experience required.
• Cardiac experience preferred.
• ARRT (R) and (CT) certification required/preferred.
• Siemens equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform multimodality procedures per exam protocol with high quality and prompt turnaround.
• Monitor radiation dose and intervene if reference levels are exceeded.
• Use iSTAT for point-of-care creatinine testing when appropriate.
• Communicate with patients using AIDET and ensure correct exam for each patient.
• Prepare patient and area, position and set equipment to appropriate exposure factors.
