Qualifications

• Must have ARRT R and CT registries.
• OR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality multimodality procedures according to exam protocol.
• Monitors radiation dose reference levels and takes action if limits are exceeded.
• Uses iSTAT for point-of-care testing to obtain creatinine levels.
• Communicates with patients using AIDET; assesses patient needs and ensures correct exam is performed.
• Prepares the patient and area; positions patient; applies immobilization devices and selects exposure factors.
• Maintains equipment and department cleanliness; reports issues and assists with inventory.
