Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality multimodality procedures according to exam protocol.
• Maintains imaging production quality by following established standards.
• Monitors radiation dose reference levels and acts when limits are exceeded.
• Uses iSTAT point-of-care testing for creatinine levels as required.
• Communicates with patients using AIDET and confirms the correct exam.
• Prepares the patient and area, positions the patient, and sets exposure factors.
• Maintains equipment and reports issues to management or the appropriate department.
• Maintains imaging records according to department policies.
