HCA Florida Highlands Hospital in Sebring, FL is seeking a Multimodality CT and MRI Technologist for a PRN role. The incumbent will perform ionizing radiation procedures to detect pathology and operate CR units, sending images to PACS for verification.

The ideal candidate holds Florida DOH radiologic technologist certification, plus AART or equivalent CT/MRI/Nuclear Medicine/Ultrasound/Mammography certifications, and is a graduate of an accredited radiologic program.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Radiology Technologist registered with Florida DOH.
• Certification in CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, or Mammography.
• AART Certification in Radiology, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound or Mammography.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Position Summary

Performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. Regulates the equipment used to expose the x-ray image, knows how to operate the CR unit and sends the image to PACS for verification. Assists in the daily operation of the Radiology Department. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees.

Education & Experience:

• Certified Radiology Technologist with the Florida Department of Health
• CertifiedCT Tech, MRITech, Nuclear MedTech,Ultrasonographer, orMammography
• AARTCertificationin CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine,UltrasoundorMammography
• AARTCertification inRadiology
