HCA Florida Highlands Hospital in Sebring, FL is seeking a Multimodality CT US PRN radiologic technologist to perform ionizing radiation procedures and operate CR/CT equipment, ensuring accurate image acquisition and timely PACS transmission. You will support daily Radiology Department operations and foster professional relationships with colleagues.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT credentials, an associate degree, BLS within 30 days, and CT or sonography certifications as listed.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography.
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer.
• Associate Degree.
• (ARRT-S) Sonography, or (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
• (CT) Computed Tomography, or (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography.

Responsabilités

• Performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology.
• Regulates the equipment used to expose the x-ray image, knows how to operate the CR unit and sends the image to PACS for verification.
• Assists in the daily operation of the Radiology Department.
• Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (ARRT-R) Radiography

• (CT) Computed Tomography, or (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography
