Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for our Minnesota locations to lead municipal infrastructure projects. You will serve as a technical design expert, mentor junior staff, and manage budgets and schedules across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• P.E. licensure in Minnesota is required.
• 8+ years in civil infrastructure design.
• Experience with public and/or private sector clients.

• Attend client meetings during workday and evenings if requested.
• Pursue new opportunities and pursuits.
• Develop and manage projects to meet schedule and budget.
• Mentor and empower team members.
• Execute and manage complex civil engineering designs.
• Serve as technical design expert and oversee junior staff.
• Plan and manage projects and tasks to on-time delivery.
• Supervise engineers, technologists, and designers.
