Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Civil Infrastructure Design Lead in Minnesota to manage a range of municipal projects. The role requires a P.E. in Minnesota, 8+ years of design experience, and strong client relationship capabilities. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D is preferred, with travel to nearby clients as needed.

The position emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional team collaboration, with a focus on delivering on-time, within-budget solutions and expanding client opportunities.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Minnesota.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in the design of civil infrastructure.
• Experience with public and/or private sector clients and projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D preferred.
• Ability to travel to nearby clients as required.
