Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager for its Urban Mobility team to lead and deliver multimodal transportation projects across North America. The role emphasizes design leadership, client interaction, and mentorship of junior engineers to strengthen the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of roadway design experience with at least 2 years in project management.
• PE licensure in Minnesota is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project management plans and establish project goals and objectives.
• Interface directly with clients and manage aspects of a project to meet obligations, schedule, and budget.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for project team members.
• Apply engineering analysis to design concepts and final construction plan sets.
• Mentor and manage design engineers on roadway CADD design.
