Job summary

CAE is hiring a Web/Multimedia Programmer to support the development of training programs and courseware for aviation training. You will create interactive graphics, multimedia elements, animations, and web content, working closely with SMEs to ensure accurate and engaging materials.

The role requires strong ISD experience, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field; equivalent mix of education and experience accepted.
• At least five years of professional experience in instructional analysis, design, development, delivery, technical writing, or systematic curriculum development.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contract obligations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ISD tasks and prioritize training material development needs.
• Assign tasks to team members aligned with milestones.
• Ensure traceability of courseware updates across programs.
• Develop procedures and methods supporting ISD processes.
• Maintain and update curriculum program design and学习 objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs and FTU/MOB leads for content reviews.
• Develop and review course materials and assessments.
• Support proposal activities and ensure ISD requirements meet customer specs.
• Mentor team members on design standards and development practices.
• Promote collaborative work environment and maintain productivity.
