Job summary

CACI is seeking an Instructional System Designer in the United States to design training content, objectives and courses. You will conduct needs assessments with SMEs, develop curriculum materials, and ensure alignment of assessments to objectives using the ADDIE framework.

Experience with Blackboard, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia and Questionmark is preferred. Travel may be required; competitive benefits and ongoing professional development are offered by the employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology or Instructional System Design.
• At least 5 years of instructional system design experience within the last 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Design training content, objectives, modules or courses.
• Conduct needs assessments with TSEC SMEs.
• Develop and update training materials (instructor guides, student guides, handouts, job aids).
• Ensure tests map to course objectives for validation.
• Coordinate continuing education for ITC staff and align delivery methods.
