Role Description The Multimedia Solutions Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Huntington, WV, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role focuses on helping local businesses and organizations reach audiences through customized multimedia advertising and marketing solutions across HD Media’s print, digital, and social platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients, identifying their goals, and recommending integrated advertising packages, as well as creating proposals, coordinating campaign assets, and managing timelines. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, design, editorial, and digital operations to ensure accurate placement and performance of campaigns. Ongoing tasks include monitoring campaign results, preparing performance reports, maintaining client relationships, and staying current with industry trends and new media offerings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in multimedia sales, account management, and client service, with the ability to understand business objectives and recommend effective advertising solutions.
• Experience working with digital media platforms (web, social, email, video), including basic knowledge of audience targeting, analytics, and campaign optimization.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
• Organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
