Job summary

Arizona’s Family, part of Gray Media, is seeking a multi-talented Marketing Producer to craft high-impact campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, and streaming. You’ll translate ideas into visuals that stop scrolls and drive results.

From run-and-gun shoots to big-budget studio productions, you’ll own look and feel, videography, lighting, and sound design while building partnerships with internal teams and community partners to elevate the brand and deliver client success.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a major market promotions department.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Film/Video or another related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-energy brand campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, and streaming.
• Own the look and feel with videography, lighting, and sound design to produce polished spots.
• Drive digital engagement with thumb-stopping social content for Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
• Strategize and traffic by prioritizing marketing initiatives with leadership and coordinating on-air/outside media.
• Connect with the community by building partnerships with internal departments and community organizations to elevate the brand.
