• 2+ years of professional digital content creation or instructional media experience.
• Proven end-to-end multimedia production capability including filming, lighting, audio, and video editing.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content lifecycle from scripting to publishing.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and leaders to translate complex processes.
