Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Learning Content Designer in Sunnyvale, CA to develop engaging learning materials aligned with defined objectives using appropriate modalities and adult learning principles.

The role involves collaborating with SMEs and multimedia teams, managing content development milestones, and evaluating content to drive improvements. You will also conduct technical/clinical training and usability evaluations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze role-specific learner needs and tasks to craft measurable learning objectives
• Collaborate within the team and with SMEs to develop new or update existing learning content
• Collaborate with multimedia team to create or modify media assets incorporated in learning materials
• Proactively manage the content development process including milestones, risks, review cycles, feedback implementation, and quality assurance
• Manage and monitor deliverables throughout the implementation, translation, and launch process, providing regular status updates to project teams
• Evaluate learning content using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive design/development improvements and workflow efficiencies
• Conduct technical/clinical training and sign-offs for Intuitive teams that support customer education
• Develop and deliver training for Human Factors usability evaluations
• Conduct lab-based skills training for physicians and care teams as needed
