Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC seeks an Instructional System Designer to support a government customer in Dayton, Ohio, at Wright Patterson AFB. The role involves creating multimedia courseware, applying ADDIE, and coordinating with SMEs and the production team to ensure training effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in educational technology or equivalent ISD experience; a master’s degree is preferred. Proficiency in Captivate, SCORM, MS Office, and collaboration tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in educational technology or related field; or 5 years ISD experience with two of four disciplines.
• Master’s in educational technology or related field preferred.
• Strong ability to design effective instructional materials and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop multimedia and courseware in collaboration with SMEs and Production Team.
• Recommend platforms and tools to meet training requirements.
• Create training plans and validate ISD processes to ensure course objectives.
