Cape Fox Federal Integrators seeks a highly organized Multimedia Project Instructional Systems Designer to apply ISD principles to develop multimedia training, e-learning courseware, and instructional materials for a federal government client.

This exempt role requires expertise in ADDIE, strong instructional design and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to collaborate with SMEs and production teams. Posting is contingent upon contract award and will remain posted until filled.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ISD principles and the ADDIE model.
• Strong multimedia development and learning technology experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational expertise for multimedia, graphics, and media projects with SMEs and production team.
• Recommend instructional platforms, media, tools, and delivery methods.
• Add, test online courseware and prepare reports with training improvements.
