Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Development Office seeks a highly organized Development Officer to join its Multimedia team. You will coordinate multimedia projects, manage schedules and budgets, and contribute to donor storytelling across video and digital platforms.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, Communications and Strategy, you will support production from concept to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality content on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia production, communications, marketing, or a related field required and 2-3 years of related experience.
• Experience in multimedia production and video editing across web, social, and event platforms.
• Organizational, time-management, and project management skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on site at Mass General Brigham properties or on location for filming and production needs.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking metrics and using data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of multimedia projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, workflows, and production logistics.
• Assist with video editing and content development across video and digital platforms.
• Work closely with the Multimedia team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
