XM Careers is seeking a highly creative Multimedia Designer to conceptualize, design, and produce engaging multimedia content across digital channels. You will specialize in 3D design, animation, and multimedia production to elevate brand presence and user experience.

The role requires a degree in Web/Graphic Design and at least 3 years of experience, plus a portfolio with two real projects. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is essential; English communication should be strong.

Responsibilities

Conceptualise, design, and produce multimedia assets including videos, animations, and interactive content.
Apply 3D design and animation using Cinema 4D.
Create static and motion visuals for social media, websites, ads, emails, launches, and educational materials.
Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency in image/video production.
Produce and edit promotional videos with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Collaborate with Content Marketing, UI/UX, and Media Production teams.
Stay updated with design trends and new tools.
