Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic or multimedia design.
• Portfolio showing typography, layout, branding, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign.
• Strong typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Ability to independently edit short-form video for digital and social media.
• Familiarity with After Effects templates and motion graphics.
• Experience adapting creative across platforms with brand consistency.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design presentations, sales materials, social graphics, and branding assets across Sinclair's portfolio.
• Adapt concepts into multiple formats and platform sizes.
• Create social templates, banners, and promotional graphics.
• Maintain brand identities, style guides, and asset libraries.
• Review deliverables for quality and consistency before delivery.
• Edit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
• Update After Effects projects, titles, and transitions.
