Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong Figma competency (required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated ability across graphic design and video editing.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress content management.
• Experience supporting email marketing campaigns.
• Desire to leverage AI in daily work.
• A portfolio showing range across digital and social work.

Responsibilities

• Design digital assets, social media graphics, and marketing collateral.
• Produce light animations and motion graphics.
• Manage content updates in WordPress.
• Build and lay out email marketing campaigns.
• Incorporate feedback from the Art Director efficiently.
• Use AI tools to elevate work quality.
