Job summary

RedStream Technology is seeking a multimedia designer to join our publishing and marketing team. You’ll craft high-quality visuals and motion graphics for articles, videos, podcasts, blogs, and emails, ensuring on-brand, publication-ready assets across channels.

You will collaborate with designers, editors, and producers to deliver engaging, fast-turnaround content, manage multiple projects, and advocate for strong visual storytelling using Adobe tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in editorial, graphic, or publishing design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with AI tools and willingness to experiment.
• Experience with After Effects and basic animations.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro for non-linear editing.
• Portfolio demonstrating design and motion work.
• Experience with web, email, social media asset design.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team collaboration and ability to handle multiple fast-turnaround tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for daily publication across channels.
• Create banners and GIFs for email campaigns.
• Collaborate to create video heroes and short-form animated assets.
• Prepare, resize, and crop imagery for different platforms.
• Ensure assets adhere to brand guidelines.
• Maintain organized library of design assets.
• Deliver assets on time meeting creative quality.
• Work with editors and marketing to align content with goals.
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Assist with content publishing in CMS and other publishing tasks.
