The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support the Office of the State Treasurer and Receiver General. You will help update the MSRB website, manage social media content, produce video materials, and assist in planning retirement-related seminars and webinars for staff and the public.

This full-time, hybrid role requires strong writing, graphic design skills, familiarity with CMS tools, and willingness to travel statewide as needed to engage retirement

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, or comparable work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including copywriting and public speaking.
• Graphic design skills with creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, and layout expertise.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update MSRB website and social media content.
• Assist with video production including filming, editing and posting.
• Coordinate in-person seminars and virtual webinars for MSERS members.
• Travel statewide, including evenings, with reliable transportation.
• Assist with answering questions during webinars and seminars.
• Assist with compiling and publishing MSRB newsletters and board materials.
• Support development and publishing of MSRB newsletters.
