MASS MoCA is seeking a full-time Communications Coordinator to join the Communications & Content Department in North Adams. The role supports external communications (social media, campaigns, PR) and internal (project management and reporting).

You will create content, edit material to align with our style guide, manage email marketing, and assist with press coordination while maintaining workflow in Asana or Trello. On-site position in a dynamic museum setting.

Formación

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop engaging content for social media channels and analyze performance reports.
• Edit copy for consistency with editorial style guide across websites, social media, and materials.
• Maintain and update editorial style guide; support events and campaign needs.
