Florida State University’s National High Magnetic Field Laboratory seeks a communications specialist to design and produce marketing collateral, manage branding, and support outreach events across multiple channels. The role emphasizes collaboration with Public Affairs to promote lab research, education, and community engagement.

Ideal candidates will have a graphic design background, experience with email campaigns, content creation, and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize, design, and produce visually compelling print and digital marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with branding across platforms.
• Coordinate community outreach, including Science Nights at the Library, and develop and manage partnerships for events.
• Implement creative communication strategies to advance goals and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Support the Public Affairs team with proofreading, editing, Open House planning, tours, and special projects.
• Contribute to internal communications through newsletters and intranet postings.
