Job summary

Bandwidth is seeking an Audio Visual Manager to lead a skilled technicians team and ensure flawless global headquarters AV support. You will manage over 200 collaboration spaces, including conferencing rooms wired to Google Meet, Teams, and Zoom, while shaping departmental strategy and live-event execution.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in AV with supervisory experience, hands-on installation, and strong leadership. Bachelor’s degree required; CTS or similar certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the AV industry with 1–2 years in supervisory roles.
• Hands-on experience with high-stakes corporate events and AV installations.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AV team for onsite and offsite corporate events.
• Manage daily operations of 200+ collaboration spaces and conferencing rooms.
• Develop AV processes and budget input for equipment and SaaS renewals.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with vendors and senior leadership.
