Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an Audio-Visual Specialist to support and execute multimedia needs for meetings and events across the Toledo area. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment, record lectures, produce videos, and manage digital signage content.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, at least two years in AV/IT roles or vocational training, and a preferred Bachelor's degree in related fields. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits at Mercy Health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of vocational AV/Broadcast/Media tech program or at least 2 years in AV/IT roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide audiovisual support for meetings, conferences, and leadership forums.
• Set up, operate, and breakdown equipment.
• Record educational lectures and events for internal use and online platforms.
• Create and edit educational and promotional videos.
• Capture and edit professional photography for physicians, providers, residents, and events.
• Program and maintain digital signage systems.
