Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven media sales experience (broadcast & digital) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising (programmatic, social, mobile).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business via networking, cold calling, referrals, and meetings.
• Conduct needs analysis, manage CRM pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Sell advertising solutions across broadcast, digital, and events.
• Drive digital revenue through Cumulus digital assets (streaming, web, social).
• Create multi-platform sales presentations; negotiate and close deals.
• Meet and exceed annual sales quotas through proactive engagement.
• Deliver presentations demonstrating multimedia solutions for client goals.
• Apply consultative selling to meet objectives and maximize cross-channel opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years successful outside sales experience required, Media Sales preferred
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Proven success in media sales (broadcast and digital).
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic, social, and mobile.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay Range

USD $3,000.00 - USD $5,000.00 /Mo.

The monthly pay range listed above reflects your guaranteed income during your first year, with additional opportunities to earn commissions
