Job summary

Lutheran Community Services NW is seeking a Case Manager to support refugee, asylum, and immigrant clients in Portland, OR. You will help resettle, assess needs, and coordinate services to promote self-sufficiency while ensuring language access throughout appointments.

The role requires multilingual capabilities (English and Ukrainian, Russian, Dari, or Pashto) and the ability to work closely with community partners to provide in-home services, transportation, and culturally sensitive support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a multicultural setting.
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office365.
• Valid state driver license and reliable transportation for business purposes.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian, Russian, Dari, or Pashto is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain case management for refugee clients under contracts.
• Develop strengths-based service plans with clients to remove barriers to self-sufficiency.
• Connect clients with community networks to support long-term integration.
