Amber is seeking a PlayerSupport agent to assist live-game players with account settings, gameplay questions, purchasing, and basic troubleshooting. You will gather feedback and stay updated on game changes to deliver proactive, user-friendly solutions.

Formación

• Fluency in Traditional and Simplified Chinese (high/native).
• Fluency in English (high level).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 1 year in customer service or player support.
• Experience with contact center processes and multilingual support.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with constant change.
• Video games knowledge.
• Technical support experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support and answer inquiries for live players.
• Gather data, identify root causes, offer solutions.
• Stay updated on game features, design, and changes.
• Align with project productivity and quality targets.
• Review backlog and report negative trends promptly.
• Maintain healthy KPI results daily/weekly/monthly.
