Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented data quality analyst to improve multilingual text classifier outputs for our North American clients.

The role focuses on evaluating errors, refining rules, and enhancing workflows to boost accuracy and efficiency. You will collaborate with linguistics and engineering teams to build language-specific parsers, translate taxonomy content between English and Slovak, and document findings according to established processes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Slovak and English (reading/writing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, functions, data cleanup).
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Advanced experience writing and debugging rules using RegEx.
• Familiarity with text analysis, NLP, or machine learning fundamentals.
• Experience performing data analysis using Excel and/or Python.
• Ability to work with high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Reliable laptop and stable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate, and improve the quality of multilingual text classifier outputs
• Identify patterns in data errors and contribute to improvements in rules, logic, and workflows
• Partner with linguistics and engineering teams to develop and refine language-specific parsers
• Translate and validate taxonomy content such as Skills, Titles, and Occupations from English to Slovak and vice versa
• Document findings clearly and follow established processes
