Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong Polish language skills to support multilingual data feature expansion for our client. You will ensure high-quality data, analyze outputs, and assist with taxonomy translation and parser development.

This is a full-time independent contractor role, up to 6 months, fully remote (Poland, Georgia, or Lithuania). BYOD laptop required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, data analytics, NLP or related field preferred.
• Experience performing data analysis using Excel and/or Python.
• Comfort with high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality & Analysis: analyze, evaluate, and improve multilingual classifier outputs.
• Translation & Taxonomy: translate and validate taxonomy content from English to Polish (and vice versa).
• Collaboration & Documentation: work with linguistics and engineering teams; document findings clearly.

About the Role

AspenView is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Data Analyst with strong Polish language skills to support the expansion of global product features for our client. In this role, you will help ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality data by analyzing multilingual outputs, improving classification performance, and supporting taxonomy translation and parser development.

This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) independent contractor engagement for up to 6 months, fully remote (Poland, Georgia, or Lithuania). This role is BYOD—Bring Your Own Device (laptop).

What You Will Do

Data Quality & Analysis

• Analyze, evaluate, and improve the quality of multilingual text classifier outputs.

• Identify patterns in data errors and contribute to ongoing improvements in rules, logic, and workflows.

Translation & Taxonomy

• Translate and validate taxonomy content such as Skills, Titles, and Occupations from English to Polish (and/or Polish to English as needed).

Collaboration & Documentation

• Partner with linguistics and engineering teams to develop and refine language-specific parsers.

• Document findings clearly and follow established processes to ensure consistency and quality.

What You Bring

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Data Analytics, NLP, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

• Experience performing data analysis using tools such as Excel and/or Python.

• Comfort working with high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus.

• Ability to follow complex instructions, navigate ambiguity, and work independently.

• Strong sense of urgency, organization, and time management.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, functions, and data cleanup).

• Working knowledge of query languages such as SQL.

• Advanced experience writing and debugging rules using RegEx.

• Familiarity with text analysis, NLP, or machine learning fundamentals.

Language Skills

• Fluency in reading and writing English and Polish, with strong attention to linguistic detail.

• Understanding of syntax and structural language analysis.

Work Setup

• Reliable laptop and stable internet access.
