Job summary

ICIS is seeking a Client Success Specialist in Houston, TX. The role delivers engagement strategies, builds trusted relationships, and improves retention and product adoption across a portfolio of accounts.

You will work with account managers and cross-functional teams to uncover growth opportunities, with travel as needed. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with prior customer success or account management experience, and strong communication, time

Qualifications

Fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish are required.
Client-facing experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, self-directed with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Deliver the Customer Success engagement strategy for a portfolio of accounts.
Build trusted customer relationships and understand customer goals and workflows.
Collaborate with account managers to improve retention, satisfaction, and product adoption.
Identify growth opportunities and engage across internal teams.
Travel to visit customers or attend events when required.
