Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Greenville, SC is seeking a Hub Delivery Coordinator to coordinate and oversee city route schedules, delivery specialists, and hub operations for spoke stores. The role requires ensuring orders are pulled accurately and on time, and maintaining a clean, organized hub area.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged. You will monitor routes for efficiency, verify clock-ins, handle billing adjustments for missed deliveries, and partner with the store manager on coverage and vehicle

Qualifications

Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Familiar with automotive parts.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee city route schedule and delivery specialists.
Receive orders from stores via phone or invoice and ensure parts are pulled on time.
Ensure accuracy of each order pulled prior to pickup by delivery staff.
Maintain organized hub area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store.
Monitor hub routes to increase efficiency and reduce expenses; report to store manager.
Ensure team members clock in/out according to policy.
Research any undelivered parts and make billing adjustments as needed.
Work with store manager on route coverage in absence of regular driver.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and inspections; log daily mileage.
Provide input on delivery staff performance for evaluations.
