Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Hub Delivery Coordinator to oversee city route schedules and delivery specialists across spoke stores. You will coordinate orders, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain organized hub operations, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include serving as contact for city delivery, verifying order accuracy, monitoring routes, and communicating improvements to store management. Experience with automotive parts and manual transmissions is desirable.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
• Familiar with automotive parts
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
• Receive orders from stores via phone or invoice, ensure parts are pulled and ready for delivery by scheduled time.
• Ensure accuracy of each order pulled prior to city delivery specialist picking up order for delivery.
• Maintain organized, clean city delivery area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store.
• Ensure hub delivery specialists are running on schedule and/or communicate delays to stores on route.
• Continually monitor hub system and routes for efficiency and cost reductions.
• Communicate recommendations to store manager.
• Make sure all team members assigned to hub are clocking in and out according to company policy.
• Research any parts not delivered as scheduled and make billing adjustments.
• Coordinate with store manager to cover routes in absence of regular city delivery specialist.
