Job summary

Disney is seeking a Booking Advisor in Sacramento to provide outstanding guest service via phone, email and live chat. You will qualify travelers and planners, guiding them with customized itineraries while communicating in multiple languages.

The role supports Portuguese, English, and possibly French, with a hybrid schedule (remote work with up to 5 onsite days per month) and a fixed hourly pay plus commissions. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Strong interest in customer relations across multiple channels.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities
