Job summary

Disney is seeking a Booking Advisor to assist customers at Disneyland Paris. The role involves handling inquiries in German, English, and French, and participating in an 11–13 week training program in Val d’Europe.

Compensation is $20 per hour with fixed and variable pay, and schedules include standard and weekend hours from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in France. Lodging arrangements may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong customer relations via phone, email or social media.
• Excellent attention to detail and solution orientation.
• Comfortable with computer systems.
• German and English at C1/C2; French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via telephone, email, and social networks.
• Identify travel and booking expectations of clients.
• Advise customers in multiple languages.
• Provide customized responses to improve customer experience.
• Participate in training program at the Val d’Europe site.
