Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Lufkin, TX is seeking a manufacturing leader to oversee multiple production areas including machining, assembly, tool and die, and packaging. You will coordinate recruiting, training, performance reviews, work assignments, salary decisions and recognition or disciplinary actions.

The role requires strong leadership, electronics experience, Lean manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to communicate with diverse audiences.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
