Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Greenville, SC is seeking a capable professional to support production planning and control, quality management, and cross-functional manufacturing activities. The role involves collaborating with engineering, materials, and operations to plan, execute and improve processes.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience, strong data analysis skills, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years relevant experience in production control, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, logistics, or material management
  • Ability to analyze operational data and communicate insights, including experience with spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent), basic reporting or data tracking
  • Experience or coursework exposure to ERP or MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Costpoint or similar tools)
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
  • Yellow or Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma
  • Demonstrated ability to identify constraints, assess tradeoffs, and recommend solutions
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments, including scheduling, material flow, work-in-process, or shop floor operations
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
