Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead multi-site teams across Undersea Warfare programs, guiding development through to production and ramp. You will interface between Production Operations and PMOs, collaborating with engineering, sourcing, quality, and finance to drive shop-floor execution and program baselines.

US citizenship is required for government security clearance.

THE WORK

As a Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM), your work is central to our mission's success.

• You help will lead a multi-site team, guiding them to achieve Production Operations objectives for one or more Undersea Warfare Programs.
• This role includes overseeing different program phases, from development to transition to production and production.
• You will serve as the key interface between Production Operations and the Lockheed Martin program management Offices (PMOs).
• Frequent collaboration with Technical Operations (engineering), Sourcing, Quality, Mission Success, and Finance teams will be integral to your work.
• Your responsibilities will encompass leading shop floor execution and sell-off activities, managing program baseline plans, conducting capacity, resource, and staffing analyses, and serving as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for contract control accounts.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
