Your leadership will be critical in guiding the production of advanced Radar and Launcher subsystems, ensuring that national security priorities are met through operational excellence and precision manufacturing.
Supervises an hourly workforce of Assembly & Test technicians in production of Radar or Launcher subsystems or components in the Moorestown, NJ factory.

You are a decisive leader with a strong background in lean manufacturing and data analysis who can effectively guide technical teams toward quality and schedule goals. You possess the communication skills necessary to bridge the gap between complex engineering specifications and daily production execution.

Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00
